PFN may elect Tandem Level Terminating Interconnection with AT&T MICHIGAN.
With respect to any PFN physical collocation arrangement in which a PFN splitter is located, PFN will have test access to the line side of its splitter (assuming PFN has provisioned splitter cards that provide test port capabilities).

PFN will have administrative control for the purpose of issuing ASRs on this one-way trunk group.
PFN and AT&T MICHIGAN shall exchange appropriate information (e.g., maintenance contact numbers, network information, information required to comply with law enforcement and other security agencies of the Government and such other information as the Parties shall mutually agree) to achieve this desired reliability.
