Petroleum Data definition

Petroleum Data has the meaning assigned to it clause 20.3 of this Agreement;
Petroleum Data means all data and information relating to reconnaissance, exploration, development or production of petroleum including rocks samples, fluid samples and plans relating to petroleum operations;
Petroleum Data means any record, return, plan, map, accounts, cores, sample, assay of samples, information, data collected, or data derived in the course, or as a result, of petroleum activities which a title holder may be requested to keep or furnish under this Act;

  • During the Agreement Term, TNDE will use commercially reasonable efforts throughout the Distribution Territory to diligently (i) promote, solicit and obtain orders for VR Products, (ii) promote, solicit and obtain orders for Simplicity Petroleum Data Services and Remote Monitoring services, (iii) perform its installation, maintenance and support services in a timely and professional manner and (iv) develop the goodwill and reputation of VR.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, VR hereby grants to TNDE, and TNDE hereby accepts from VR, the non-exclusive right to sell Simplicity Petroleum Data Services within the Distribution Territory.

Related to Petroleum Data

  • Petroleum UST system means an underground storage tank system that contains petroleum or a mixture of petroleum with de minimis quantities of other regulated substances. Such systems include those containing motor fuels, jet fuels, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, petroleum solvents, and used oils.

  • Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.

  • Petroleum product means gasoline, gasoline−alcohol fuel blends, kerosene, fuel oil, burner oil, diesel fuel oil or used motor oil.

  • Petroleum Operations means, as the context may require, Exploration Operations, Development Operations or Production Operations or any combination of two or more of such operations, including construction, operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities, plugging and abandonment of Xxxxx, safety, environmental protection, transportation, storage, sale or disposition of Petroleum to the Delivery Point, Site Restoration and any or all other incidental operations or activities as may be necessary.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Petroleum means the crude oil removed from the earth and the oils derived from tar sands, shale, and coal.

  • petroleum agreement means an agreement for the purpose of petroleum activities entered into by Government and another person in accordance with this Act;

  • Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Inferred Mineral Resource means that part of a mineral resource for which quantity and grade or quality can be estimated on the basis of geological evidence and limited sampling and reasonably assumed, but not verified, geological and grade continuity. The estimate is based on limited information and sampling gathered through appropriate techniques from locations such as outcrops, trenches, pits, workings and drill holes.

  • Mineral Resource means a concentration or occurrence of diamonds, natural solid inorganic material, or fossilized organic material including base and precious metals, coal, diamonds or industrial minerals in or on the earth’s crust in such form and quantity and of such grade or quality that it has reasonable prospects for economic extraction. The location, quantity, grade, geological characteristics and continuity of a mineral resource are known, estimated or interpreted from specific geological evidence and knowledge;

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Minerals means any and all ores (and concentrates derived therefrom) and minerals, precious and base, metallic and non-metallic, in, on or under the Property which may lawfully be explored for, mined and sold.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.
