Pet Rent definition

Pet Rent is to be paid in addition to normal rent for all authorized pets. This amount varies for each property and property owner. Pet Rent. In addition to the Rent, Lessee shall pay the Pet Rent for each month, or part of a month, that the Pet is on the Premises.
