Pet Application definition

Pet Application means part of the document attached to this rule and headed “Animal Application Form”, as modified by the board from time to time;
Pet Application means the document attached to this by-law and marked

Examples of Pet Application in a sentence

  • In addition to the above Security Deposit, the Tenant has also paid the amount of $ sample to the Landlord as a Security Deposit for the pet which has been approved by the Landlord (an approved Pet Application form is maintained in the Tenant’s file).

  • Any pet/s other than the approved pet/s specified in the General Tenancy Agreement and this Pet Agreement must first be requested by the Tenant in writing via a separate Pet Application giving full details and then be approved in writing by the Lessor PRIOR to the pet/s being allowed onto the Premises.

  • TENANT warrants all information in his/her Lease Application and Pet Application, if applicable, is correct and complete and that TENANT has disclosed all pertinent information and has not withheld any information, including, but limited to, poor credit, early termination of lease, evictions, and bankruptcy.

  • Pets welcome in all campus apartments (No Pet Application or Pet Fee Required): non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, hermit crabs, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish provided these pets are maintained in aquariums or cages.

  • If TENANT wishes to have a pet, TENANT shall complete a Pet Application and pay any application fee.

Related to Pet Application

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith.
