Pest Control Applicator(s) definition

Pest Control Applicator(s) or “Applicator(s)” means an employee of the Contractor with at least three (3) years continuous work experience as a Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator who possesses a current and valid NYSDEC Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification in Categories of Work 7A (structural and rodent control), 7C (termite control), and 8 (public health pest control), and in 5B (aquatic insect and miscellaneous aquatic organisms control) for mosquito abatement services as required by any Facility.
