Pervious Area definition

Pervious Area means any area not defined as impervious.
Pervious Area means gross square footage of the lot or other parcel of land minus the square footage of the impervious area.
Pervious Area means any surface that allows stormwater to infiltrate into the ground.

  • Impervious area means any surface that does not allow stormwater to infiltrate into the ground.
