Perspective Customer definition

Perspective Customer means an individual intending to enter into the loan (micro-loan) agreement with the Lender; Confidentiality Policy means the confidentiality policy of the Lender which describes storage and processing of personal data of Customers and Perspective Customers; Restructuring means alteration of terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, in particular: the term of the Loan (renewal thereof), the amount of interest to be paid for utilization of the Loan, current outstanding amount of the Customer, and execution of the Payment Schedule; Website means an Internet page of the Company located at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇
