Personnel(s) definition
Personnel(s) means person employed by the service provider under different categories viz. chef, helper, bearers, supervisors, any other persons/agents of the service provider, for the execution of ‘scope of work’ under the RFP/contract.
Personnel(s) means an individual professional whose skills, qualifications, knowledge and experience are critical to the performance of the Services under the Contract and whose CV is taken into account in the technical evaluation of the Consultant’s proposal.
Personnel(s) means, collectively, Personnels, of the Consultant, assigned by the Consultant to perform the Services or any part thereof under the Contract.
