Personal work definition

Personal work means work for which the employee’s supervisor or the other employee is not compensated. “Personal work” does not include work that is reasonably related to an employee’s job description or work that is reasonably related to meetings or special events. These examples are not intended to be an exhaustive list.

This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.

  • New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.
