Personal Technology definition

Personal Technology means privately owned wireless and/or portable electronic handheld equipment that includes, but is not limited to, existing and emerging mobile communication systems and smart technologies, portable internet devices, personal digital assistants (PDAs), handheld entertainment systems or portable information technology systems that can be used for word processing, wireless internet access, image capture/recording, sound recording and information transmitting/receiving/storing, etc.
Personal Technology means any electronic device, service or system designed or used to assist in extending human potential (including but not limited to computers, cell phones, cameras, Google Services, social networking sites, e-mail and voice services, school networks, etc.) owned and/or operated by a school district user, and excludes school district owned technology.
Personal Technology means any electronic device owned and provided by an individual User used in relation to a School District related activity.

  • Alternatively, an employee or User may choose to have the City Attorney perform the search of the employee’s or User’s Personal Technology Resources to search for records related to City Business that may be disclosable.

Our Advanced Support team has access to everything we installed and/or are given credentials to access everything we installed. The Advanced Support team is able to see the status of all devices on the network that are compatible with and configured to work with the RSM tool. If they have the correct credentials, they can connect directly to the end device and access data on that device. Our Basic Support team has limited access to devices on the network and is only able to see the status of the device (online, offline, etc.) Basic Support does not have access, cannot take control, and is unable to directly interact with any data or systems through the RSM tool. Remotely Accessible PDU's with Troubleshooting Tool. Remotely Accessible PDU's (Power Distribution Units), when coupled with a Troubleshooting Tool, can be a powerful tool for remote support. This combination can often allow us to remotely reboot a device in an attempt to resolve the issue. Not all devices have this capability, nor are all devices connected to a remotely accessible PDU. Whenever possible, we will use this tool- set to resolve issues and do not require permission to reboot devices in an attempt to resolve issues. We will not be held responsible nor will we can accountable for any costs associated with any damage, reprogramming, repair, or other negative effect caused from rebooting devices....

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • SAP Technology Solution(s) means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Business Technology Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP), SAP Signavio Solutions and SAP Process Insights (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP, if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP).
