Personal Statement definition

Personal Statement means, with respect to a Participant, the Personal Statement delivered to such Participant in connection with a grant or issuance of Options under this Plan.
Personal Statement means, in the case of an Applicant who is an individual, the Personal Statement made by the Applicant and submitted as part of the Funding Application Form and in the case of a body corporate the Personal Statement made on behalf of the Applicant;
