Personal Service Facility definition
Personal Service Facility means a Premises where a Personal Service is provided to members of the public;
Personal Service Facility means a facility used for the provision of a service to individuals on a commercial basis and includes such services as photographers, travel agencies, beauty salons, massage services, dry cleaners, including their associated offices.
Personal Service Facility means a development used for the provision of personal services to an individual which are related to the care and appearance of the body, or the cleaning and repair of personal effects. This includes barber shops, hairdressers, beauty salons, tailors, dressmakers, shoe repair shops, dry cleaning establishments and laundromats. This does not include health services;

Personal Service Facility. , means any premises or part therefore where substances, instruments, tools or other equipment are applied to any part of the human body for purposes of aesthetic, cosmetic or therapeutic treatment, and includes premises where acupuncture, barber, hairdressing, manicuring, nail treatment, electrolysis, tattooing, body piercing, ear-piercing and micropigmentation services are provided to individuals”
Personal Service Facility means commercial development for the provision of personal services to an individual which are related to the care and appearance of the person or the cleaning and/or repair of personal effects including, but not limited to, cosmetology, aesthetics, clothing repair and/or cleaning, but not including health services.
