Personal relief definition
Personal relief means a specific remedy directly benefiting the grievant(s). It may not include a request for action (e.g., disciplinary action, etc.) that affects another employee. If the personal relief is not set forth and specified on the grievance form, it will serve as the basis for rejecting the grievance.
