  • Prior to being authorized to have access to individual level Wage Data, PII from Education Records, or Personal Information from VR Records, such ▇▇▇▇▇ employees (and any agent or contractor) shall sign an Acknowledgement of Confidentiality in the form set forth at Annex 2 of this Agreement.

  • Transfer of Wage Data, PII from Education Records, and Personal Information from VR Records from an Access ▇▇▇▇▇ to a Non- Access ▇▇▇▇▇ requires encryption with a strong password that, at minimum, meets the standards established by the NIST.

  • The agent or contractor, referenced in subparagraph XIII.C.1. above, conducting CCRs will monitor to ensure that the ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and SUIA’s processes, use, disclosure and handling of the Wage Data, PII from Education Records, and Personal Information from VR Records comply with the requirements of this Agreement.

  • The ▇▇▇▇▇ shall store Wage Data, PII from Education Records, and Personal Information from VR Records obtained through the SWIS in an area that is physically safe from access by unauthorized persons at all times.

  • The agent or contractor, referenced in subparagraph XIII.D.1. above, conducting CCRs will monitor to ensure that the ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and SUIA’s processes, use, disclosure and handling of the Wage Data, PII from Education Records, and Personal Information from VR Records comply with the requirements of this Agreement.
