Personal Excursion definition

Personal Excursion means travel or activities that are unrelated to the Policyholder's business and which take place away from a Primary Insured Person's residence or regular place of employment. Such travel or activities must coincide with the Primary Insured Person's Business Travel or Relocation Travel. Personal Excursion is limited to any consecutive 7 day period immediately prior to, during or immediately following such Business Travel or Relocation Travel. BTA5780 Physician means a licensed practitioner of the healing arts, acting within the scope of his or her license to the extent provided by the laws of the jurisdiction in which medical treatment is provided.
