Personal Damage definition

Personal Damage. The Renter is assuming all liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur during the stay. Desert Daze is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Renter. The Renter expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from the use of the Property and indemnify, defend and hold harmless Desert Daze for any and all damages to persons or personal Property arising out of Renter’s acts or omissions.

Examples of Personal Damage in a sentence

  • Any balance for incidentals, or changes – not already collected - is due no later than the day of departure, i.e., security and cleaning deposits, estimated mileage charge, linen packages, Personal Damage Waiver.

  • Producer's insurance shall include, but not be limited to: All Risks (Property and Personal Damage) Operational Insurance in an amount sufficient to cover the average claim within the industry standard, such as Comprehensive and Commercial General Liability Insurance with bodily injury and property damage limits of at least One Million United States Dollars.

  • In case this coverage is contracted, the same risks shall be covered, with the same exclusions and conditions stipulated in the Coverages for Civil Liability for Third Party Property Damage and Civil Liability for Third Party Personal Damage.
