Account Opening Form means our account opening form for Private Banking Clients being the Personal Client account opening form or the Non-Personal Client account opening form (as applicable).
Where such Loss is in respect of an unauthorised payment transfer as set out in clause 7.3.2, a Personal Client’s liability will be limited up to a maximum of £35 (unless such Loss is caused by the Personal Client’s gross negligence or fraudulent acts, in which case the Personal Client will be liable for all Losses).

Account numbers, and Personal Client Identifiers are confidential, and the Account Owner is responsible for the confidentiality, protection, and use of them.
You agree to be responsible for all activities in your Account that are initiated using the Account Owner’s Personal Client Identifiers.
Changes can be made either within the application or by contacting Personal Client Services.
Consultant acknowledges that Bank employee ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be relocated to the Bank’s Private Banking line of business and shall be primarily responsible for such duties assigned by the private banking team reporting to the President, Personal Client Services or his designee.
