Personal Application definition

Personal Application means all present or future owners, or any other person that uses the property or facilities thereon in any manner, are subject to the regulations set forth in this Declaration, the Bylaws, and any management agreement entered into pursuant to the terms hereof. The mere acquisition of any of the lots in the development or the mere act of occupancy of any of said lots will signify that this Declaration, the provisions of the management agreement and the Bylaws are accepted, ratified and will be complied with.
