Person-week definition

Person-week means the equivalent of one person working a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week (where the post involves working less than thirty (30) hours per week (subject to a minimum of sixteen (16) hours per week) then the hours worked may be divided by thirty (30) to give the proportion of a Person- week provided);
Person-week means a person employed for five days in connection with the Project, either on the Project site or as otherwise agreed by the employer.

  • Subject Person has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Consolidated Net Income”.

  • person day means one normal working shift of carrying out construction work by a person on a construction site

  • Controlling interest means: (1) an ownership interest or participating interest in a business entity by virtue of units, percentage, shares, stock, or otherwise that exceeds 10 percent; (2) membership on the board of directors or other governing body of a business entity of which the board or other governing body is composed of not more than 10 members; or (3) service as an officer of a business entity that has four or fewer officers, or service as one of the four officers most highly compensated by a business entity that has more than four officers. Subsection (3) of this section does not apply to an officer of a publicly held business entity or its wholly owned subsidiaries.

  • Person means any natural person, corporation, limited liability company, trust, joint venture, association, company, partnership, Governmental Authority or other entity.

  • Person living as a spouse means a person who is living or has lived with the offender in a common law marital relationship, who otherwise is cohabiting with the offender, or who otherwise has cohabited with the offender within five years prior to the date of the alleged commission of the act in question.
