Person C definition

Person C means the Person identified as such in the Designation Side Letter.
Person C means an individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, unincorporated organization, or a government or agency or political subdivision thereof.

Examples of Person C in a sentence

  • No such assignment shall be made to (A) any Credit Party or any of the Credit Parties’ Affiliates or Subsidiaries, (B) a natural Person, (C) a Defaulting Lender, or (D) a Disqualified Institution.
