Persistent DB Contractor Default definition

Persistent DB Contractor Default has the meaning set forth in Section 4 of Exhibit 16 to this DBA.

Examples of Persistent DB Contractor Default in a sentence

  • Examples of default include failure to continuously and diligently perform the Maintenance Services, failure to provide the required bonds or letter of credit, failure to make payment when due to a Subcontractor or Supplier and the Persistent DB Contractor Default referred to under Noncompliance Events.

  • The persistent accumulation of Noncompliance Points may result in a Persistent DB Contractor Default under the Default provisions of the DBA.

Related to Persistent DB Contractor Default

  • Contractor Default shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 23.1;

  • Minor Default means any Event of Default that is not a Major Default.

  • Customer Default has the meaning set out in clause 8.3.

  • Major Default means any Event of Default occurring under Sections 4.1(a), 4.1(c), 4.1(l), or 4.1(p) of this Note.
