Persisted definition

Persisted means the election by Buyer on an Electronic Settlement Platform whereby a Buyer represents that it is financially able to settle the Transaction on any Business Day from and including the applicable Commencement Date until and including the Delayed Settlement Date without interruption.
Persisted means that Buyer is financially able to settle the trade without interruption until the settlement date.

  • Persistent means three or more defaults. After the State has notified Contractor of its third default, the State may terminate this Contract without providing Contractor with an opportunity to cure, if Contractor defaults for a fourth time.
