Perpendicular Signs definition
Perpendicular Signs means a sign set at an angle in plan between 45° and 90° with respect to the building wall. In the event that a Perpendicular sign has understandable commercial signage on both sides, both sides shall be counted towards the Area requirement. Perpendicular signs used to meet the Signage Technique requirements for Projecting signs shall extend from the building wall by a minimum of three (3) feet.
