Perpendicular sign means a sign attached perpendicular to a structure or face of a building. (Ord.
Perpendicular sign as used in this Ordinance shall mean a sign attached to, or hanging from a structure attached to the wall of a building or structure with the exposed face of the sign in a plane perpendicular or roughly perpendicular to the face of said wall. A perpendicular sign shall not be considered a “Wall Sign” for the purposes of this ordinance.
