Permitting Schedule definition

Permitting Schedule has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.6.
Permitting Schedule means the list set out in Part I of Schedule B, setting out all Permits identified to date as being required, the date that each is required and whether such Permit has been acquired, as amended from time to time and provided to the Purchaser in accordance with Sections 3.3(a)(i)3 or 7.6.
Permitting Schedule means spreadsheet summaries provided by Concessionaire as to the anticipated time frame to obtain all necessary licenses, permits and Governmental Approvals necessary to develop, construct and operate the Initial Improvements.
