Permitting Period definition

Permitting Period means the period beginning on the first day following the expiration of the Examination Period and extending until 11:59 on the date that is ninety (90) days after the expiration of the Examination period, as may be extended.
Permitting Period means a three (3) year period for which permits are issued; permits may be renewed for an additional three (3) years.
