Permitted Time Period definition

Permitted Time Period means the longer of (i) if applicable, the period of time commencing on the date of the Restricted Portion Notice and ending on the last day of the time period which equals to half of the time period within which Chaview or Aegis, as applicable, is required by the Law in question to cease holding the Restricted Portion, and (ii) sixty (60) days from the date of the Restricted Portion Notice.
