Permitted Third Party User definition

Permitted Third Party User means the Parent Guarantor or any Affiliate of the Parent Guarantor (other than the Borrower).
Permitted Third Party User means the Guarantor or any Affiliate of the Guarantor (other than the Borrower) that is incorporated in the United Kingdom.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.
