Permitted Plot Ratio definition
Permitted Plot Ratio means a Plot Ratio of twenty per cent. (20%);
Permitted Plot Ratio. （ 准 許 ㆞ 積 比 率 ） means the maximum plot ratio permitted under paragraph (1) or (2), as the case may be, of regulation 21; ( G. N. A. 97 of 1962)
