Permitted Level definition

Permitted Level has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 (Payment Mechanism);
Permitted Level means 0.5 (zero point five).
Permitted Level means at any time the sum of (1) 6% times the net book value of the consolidated assets of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries as measured on the annual financial statements delivered most recently by the Loan Parties pursuant to Section 7.3.2, plus (2) the amount of any reduction of the Commitments previously made pursuant to this Section 4.5.2.3. The Commitments shall be reduced and the Loans prepaid pursuant to this Section 4.5.0.0:

Examples of Permitted Level in a sentence

  • In such circumstances, GUOSEN SECURITIES (HK) may reject the Client's buy order instructions until the aggregate shareholding of foreign investors has fallen below a specified percentage (the "Permitted Level") as advised by SSE and/or SZSE from time to time.

Related to Permitted Level

  • Licensed Level means a) when referenced in the context of a Named User, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Named User category and type is licensed -and- b) when referenced in the context of a Package, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Package is licensed; and

  • Adjusted Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (a) Total Debt as of such date to (b) Adjusted Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower most recently ended as of such date, all determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Ground Level means the level of the referred point of exposed surface of the ground as indicated in the drawing.

  • Unencumbered Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the quotient (expressed as a percentage) of (a) Unsecured Indebtedness, divided by (b) Unencumbered Asset Value.

  • Margin Level means the percentage Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as (Equity / Necessary Margin) * 100%.

  • Final Level means, in respect of the Index, the Closing Level on the Final Valuation Date, provided that, if the Final Valuation Date is not an Exchange Business Day, then the Final Level will be determined on the immediately preceding

  • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Маrgin Level for CFD trading shall mean the percentage of Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as: Margin Level = (Equity / Necessary Margin) x 100%.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Base Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined;

  • Floor Area Ratio (FAR) means the quotient obtained by dividing the total covered area (plinth area) on all floors by the area of plot.

  • Building level or district level leader means an individual employed by the District whose job assignment is that of a building level or district level administrator or an equivalent role, including an administrator licensed by the State Board of Education, an unlicensed administrator, or an individual on an Administrator Licensure Completion Plan. Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Applicable Collateral Percentage with respect to any Firm Collateral or Special Firm Collateral, has the meaning set forth in the books and records of the Partnership with respect thereto.

  • Maximum Annual Debt Service Requirement means, at any given time of determination, the greatest amount of principal, interest and Amortization Installments coming due in any current or future Bond Year with regard to the Series of Bonds for which such calculation is made; provided, the amount of interest coming due in any Bond Year shall be reduced to the extent moneys derived from the proceeds of Bonds are used to pay interest in such Bond Year.

If the S&P Rating and the Xxxxx’x Rating are not the same (i.e., a “split rating”), the higher of such ratings shall control, unless (i) the ratings differ by more than one level, in which case the rating one level below the higher of the two ratings shall control, or (ii) either rating is below BBB- or Baa3 (as applicable), in which case the lower of the two ratings shall control.

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Net Total Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (A) (i) without duplication, the aggregate principal amount of any Consolidated Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries outstanding as of the last day of the Test Period most recently ended as of such date (other than Excluded Transaction Debt) less (ii) without duplication, the Unrestricted Cash and unrestricted Permitted Investments of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the last day of such Test Period, to (B) EBITDA for such Test Period, all determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP; provided, that the Net Total Leverage Ratio shall be determined for the relevant Test Period on a Pro Forma Basis.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

  • Maximum contaminant level goal or “MCLG” means the maximum level of a contaminant in drinking water at which no known or anticipated adverse effect on the health of persons would occur, and which allows an adequate margin of safety. MCLGs are nonenforceable health goals.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Floor Level means that stage of construction which in the completed building would constitute the walking surface of the particular floor level referred to in the table of payments.

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness net of Unrestricted Cash as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.
