Permitted CSAP Loan definition
Permitted CSAP Loan means a loan extended under the Canadian Loan Program to one of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Wyatt’s Canadian employees for which a Separation Allowance Account is maintained having a balance not in excess of 90% of the dollar amount credited from time to time to such account.
