Permitted Additional PIK Notes definition
Permitted Additional PIK Notes means (a) PIK Notes other than PIK Notes issued as Permitted PIK Debt and (b) PIK Refinancing Indebtedness or PIK Refinancing Preferred Stock issued in connection with any refinancing or replacement of PIK Notes issued under clause (a) of this definition; provided, that the aggregate principal amount of Permitted Additional PIK Notes and Permitted Additional Subordinated Notes outstanding at any time shall not exceed $250,000,000, plus accrued interest thereon as provided in the PIK Notes Documents or the Subordinated Note Indenture, as the case may be.
