Permit Set Plans definition

Permit Set Plans means the permit set architectural and engineering plans and specifications for the Landlord’s Work to be submitted to ISD for issuance of a building permit for Landlord’s Work, prepared by the Architect and approved by both Landlord and Tenant in accordance with the provisions of this Article 4.

Examples of Permit Set Plans in a sentence

  • If Tenant fails to notify Landlord of disapproval within this ten (10) day period, the Permit Set Plans shall be deemed approved.

  • Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord, the Architect, and the Contractor in connection with the preparation of each of the Test Fit Plans, the Permit Set Plans, and the Construction Set Plans, and, promptly after request therefor, shall respond to requests for information and authorizations in connection therewith.

  • If the Permit Set Plans are disapproved by Tenant, then Tenant shall at the time of such disapproval notify Landlord in writing of its objections to such Permit Set Plans and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Permit Set Plans.

  • Landlord shall prepare final plans (“Final Plans”) for the Tenant Improvements that (1) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Permit Set Plans, (2) incorporate Permitted Changes (as defined in Section 2.3(c) below), and (3) incorporate any other Landlord-requested Changes approved in writing by Tenant, if required by the terms of this Work Letter.

  • Such Permit Set Plans shall be approved or disapproved by Tenant within ten (10) days after delivery to Tenant.

  • Promptly after the Final Plans are completed, Landlord shall deliver the same to Tenant for Tenant’s approval, which approval may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and may be withheld, conditioned or delayed only if the Permit Set Plans are not consistent with or logical evolutions of the Approved Permit Set Plans.

  • Promptly after the Permit Set Plans are completed, Landlord shall deliver the same to Tenant for Tenant’s approval, which approval may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and may be withheld, conditioned or delayed only if the Permit Set Plans are not consistent with or logical evolutions of the Approved Design Development Plans.

  • Landlord shall coordinate the completion of cost analysis/budget estimates at each significant phase (establishment of Draft Plans Design Development Plans, Permit Set Plans and Final Plans) (each, a “Budget”), and shall submit the estimates to Tenant for Tenant’s approval, which approval Tenant shall not unreasonably withhold, condition or delay.
