The Project Schedule includes an agreed upon Design and Permit Schedule setting forth time periods for Owner to provide Drawings and Major Permits to Contractors, and an agreed upon construction schedule setting forth Interim Milestone Dates for Contractor to achieve certain construction completion milestones.
