Permit Schedule definition

Permit Schedule has the meaning given in Section 3.1.14(a).
Permit Schedule has the meaning given in Section 3.1(bb)(i) of the Insurance and Reimbursement Agreement.
Permit Schedule means the Material Applicable Permit Schedule attached as Schedule 3, as the same may be amended, supplemented, and otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • The Project Schedule includes an agreed upon Design and Permit Schedule setting forth time periods for Owner to provide Drawings and Major Permits to Contractors, and an agreed upon construction schedule setting forth Interim Milestone Dates for Contractor to achieve certain construction completion milestones.

  • Except as disclosed in such Permit Schedule, the Permits listed in Parts I(A) and I(B) of such Permit Schedule shall not be subject to any restriction, condition, limitation or other provision that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on such Subsequent Project or result in such Subsequent Project being operated in a manner not substantially as assumed in the Base Cost Project Projections.

  • The Developer shall be responsible for the Radius Extension permit fees as set forth on the Master Permit Schedule (Exhibit C of the Development Agreement).

  • The Permit Schedule shall be updated monthly by Harbor on the last Friday of each month during the term of this Agreement, until such time as all the Permits and Approvals required for the Project Development have been obtained and copies of the same have been delivered to Owner.
