Permit Report definition
Permit Report means such report prepared by Buyer and Seller or their consultants, in form and substance satisfactory to Buyer and Seller, to the effect that the permits required for the construction, operation and maintenance of the Assets at the Site have been obtained or can be obtained without restriction within three months of the Closing Date.
