Permit Matrix definition

Permit Matrix means the Permits that the Operator is obliged to obtain and maintain pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, as set out in paragraph ‎14 of ‎schedule 1 – Operator's Obligations;

Examples of Permit Matrix in a sentence

  • Meet the requirements of the Child Development Permit Matrix (included in this Agreement as Appendix A) and/or child care licensing regulations.

  • The CONTRACTOR will be paid $46.00 per enrolled unit of course work, which meets requirements of the Child Development Permit Matrix and/or child care licensing regulations to the maximum stated in Paragraph IB.

  • Contractor shall comply with all Environmental Assessment requirements applicable to Contractor or the Work as set forth in Exhibit R-1 and the Environmental Permit Matrix as set forth in Exhibit R-2.

  • This course meets the requirement of a School-age course for the Child Development Permit Matrix with a School-Age Emphasis.

  • All must qualify as Master Teachers, or above, on the California Child Development Permit Matrix.

  • Early Childhood Education / School Readiness (PreK) teachers shall refer to teachers filling a CTC Permit Matrix teaching position in an Early Childhood setting serving birth to pre- kindergarten children and/or children enrolled in a childcare setting.

  • Any other Permits required to execute the Work that are not listed on the Permit matrix in Exhibit J-1 or identified in Exhibit J-2, Owner Permit Matrix as an Owner Permit are the responsibility of EPC Contractor and shall be obtained and maintained in accordance with Article 4 of the EPC Contract.
