Permissive driver definition

Permissive driver means a person other than you, a “family member” operating a covered “auto” with your permission, who does not reside in the United States of America, who is at least twenty- one (21) years of age and under the age of seventy-five (75), who possess a valid driver’s license, and who is not a “regular operator” of the covered “auto.”
Permissive driver means a person who is not listed on the Declarations and who uses an insured auto with, and within the scope of, your express or implied permission.
