Permissible GFA definition
Permissible GFA means the GFA permitted for the Land which shall not exceed 242,408 square metres;
Permissible GFA means the maximum permitted GFA for the Land which shall be 570,000 square metres or such other amount approved in writing by the Competent Authorities;
