Permanent Virtual Circuit or “PVC” means connectivity providing a dedicated Circuit link between two facilities
Permanent Virtual Circuit or “PVC” as used herein means a virtual circuit that provides the equivalent of a dedicated private line service over a packet switched network architecture.
