Permanent Solution(s) definition

Permanent Solution(s) means a resolution to a problem that, (i) causes the SOFTWARE to substantially conform with the Specifications, and (ii) restores the service and operation of HARDWARE, or a Specific NORTEL Product without any loss of functionality.
Permanent Solution(s) means the Products (a) are no longer affected by Software defects, and (b) the Software conforms to the Documentation and Specifications. Permanent Solutions are provided in the form of Patches and Maintenance Releases. Problem means a Critical Problem, Major Problem or Minor Problem.
Permanent Solution(s) means the service and operation of a Supported System has been restored without a material loss of functionality.
