Permanent lodger definition
Permanent lodger means a person occupying any room or rooms in a lodging house, where it can be ascertained by whatever means available to the inspecting authority that the person has occupied the said room or rooms in the said lodging house for at east 60 days; and/or the person declares the lodging house to be his or her permanent residence.
