Permanent Lease definition

Permanent Lease means the lease, any subsequent variations to the lease or other occupational agreement between the Academy Trust and a third party (the “Permanent Landlord”) under which the Academy Trust derives or will derive title to the Permanent Land.

Permanent Lease means a long term written lease or rental agreement of thirty (30) on consecutive calendar days or more in duration between the Certificate Holder and the lessee. It shall not mean a trip lease (single trip) or any agreement of less than thirty (30) days duration. A permanent lease must show exclusive possession, control and use of the covered “auto” as well as the date, time and duration of the lease agreement.
