permanent contract definition
permanent contract means a written contract between an employer and a teacher in a form approved under the Education Act as set forth in Schedule A, which schedule shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement, that has been entered into after the teacher has served under a probationary contract, or has been employed by the employer for two (2) or more years immediately preceding the year in which the employer entered into probationary and permanent contracts with the teacher for the first time;
