Periodic Distribution Dates definition

Periodic Distribution Dates means (a) the Distribution Date, as to the first distribution made by the Debtor, and (b) thereafter, the first Business Day occurring at the completion of the claims reconciliation process and the settlement or other disposition of all Avoidance Actions.
