Bulletin means a revenue administrative bulletin.
CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Final Exchange Bulletin means the Exchange Bulletin which is issued following closing of the Qualifying Transaction and the submission of all required documentation and that evidences the final Exchange acceptance of the Qualifying Transaction.
CREFC® Website The CREFC®’s Website located at “xxx.xxxxx.xxx” or such other primary website as the CREFC® may establish for dissemination of its report forms.
Periodic Report means the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q or annual report on Form 10-K, as applicable.
Periodic Review means a review conducted by Ofwat for the purpose of determining one or more Price Controls in accordance with Part III of Condition B, but so that references in Part IV of Condition B to a Periodic Review shall exclude any review carried out under paragraph 11 of that Condition and shall include the determination by the Competition and Markets Authority of the relevant questions or, as the case may be, the disputed determination referred to it under paragraph 16 of Condition B;
Statistical record means a record in a system of records maintained for sta- tistical research or reporting purposes only and not used in whole or in part in making any determination about an identifiable individual, except as pro- vided by 13 U.S.C. 8.
Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and
Periodic Reports means the Company’s (i) Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, (ii) any current report to be filed on Form 10-Q for each calendar quarter in 2023 and beyond, and (iii) all other reports required to be filed by the Company with the Commission under applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, Regulation S-K) for so long as any amounts are outstanding under this Debenture or any Other Debenture; provided that all such Periodic Reports shall include, when filed, all information, financial statements, audit reports (when applicable) and other information required to be included in such Periodic Reports in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
BC Bid Website means www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca;
market surveillance means the activities carried out and measures taken by public authorities to check and ensure that devices comply with the requirements set out in the relevant Union harmonisation legislation and do not endanger health, safety or any other aspect of public interest protection;
Periodic Billing Requirement means, for any Remittance Period, the aggregate amount of Charges calculated by the Servicer as necessary to be billed during such period in order to collect the Periodic Payment Requirement on a timely basis.
CMSA Website means the CMSA's Website located at "xxx.xxxx.xxx" or such other primary website as the CMSA may establish for dissemination of its report forms.
CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. In this solicitation and resulting contract, "Catalog Pricing" shall be defined as: "The then available list of goods or services, in the most current listing regardless of date, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, price schedule, shelf-price or other viewable format that:
Common Reporting Standard means the standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters (which includes the Commentaries), developed by the OECD, with G20 countries;
CREFC® Financial File The data file in the “CREFC® Financial File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
CREFC® Loan Setup File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Setup File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Daily Market Price means the price of a share of Common Stock on the relevant date, determined (a) on the basis of the last reported sale price regular way of the Common Stock as reported on the Nasdaq Stock Market's National Market (the "NNM"), or if the Common Stock is not then listed on the NNM, as reported on such national securities exchange upon which the Common Stock is listed, or (b) if there is no such reported sale on the day in question, on the basis of the average of the closing bid and asked quotations regular way as so reported, or (c) if the Common Stock is not listed on the NNM or on any national securities exchange, on the basis of the average of the high bid and low asked quotations regular way on the day in question in the over-the-counter market as reported by the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System, or if not so quoted, as reported by National Quotation Bureau, Incorporated, or a similar organization.
CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Medical Records the Study Subjects’ primary medical records kept by the Institution on behalf of the Study Subjects, including, without limitation, treatment entries, x-rays, biopsy reports, ultrasound photographs and other diagnostic images. Study Data: all records and reports, other than Medical Records, collected or created pursuant to or prepared in connection with the Study including, without limitation, reports (e.g., CRFs, data summaries, interim reports and the final report) required to be delivered to Sponsor pursuant to the Protocol and all records regarding inventories and dispositions of all Investigational Product. Studijní data a údaje: veškeré záznamy, zprávy a protokoly, jež jsou odlišné od Zdravotních záznamů, a které jsou získány, shromážděny či vytvořeny v návaznosti na či připraveny v souvislosti se Studií, zejména zprávy, záznamy a protokoly (např., CRFs, datové přehledy, mezitímní zprávy a protokoly, a závěrečná zpráva), které jsou požadovány, aby byly poskytnuty Zadavateli v souladu s Protokolem a veškerými záznamy ohledně inventurní evidence a nakládání s veškerým množstvím Hodnoceného léčiva.
FRBNY’s Website means the website of the FRBNY at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.
CREFC® CRE Finance Council, formerly known as Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, or any association or organization that is a successor thereto. If neither such association nor any successor remains in existence, “CREFC®” shall be deemed to refer to such other association or organization as may exist whose principal membership consists of servicers, trustees, certificateholders, issuers, placement agents and underwriters generally involved in the commercial mortgage loan securitization industry, which is the principal such association or organization in the commercial mortgage loan securitization industry and whose principal purpose is the establishment of industry standards for reporting transaction-specific information relating to commercial mortgage pass-through certificates and commercial mortgage-backed bonds and the commercial mortgage loans and foreclosed properties underlying or backing them to investors holding or owning such certificates or bonds, and any successor to such other association or organization. If an organization or association described in one of the preceding sentences of this definition does not exist, “CREFC®” shall be deemed to refer to such other association or organization as shall be selected by the Master Servicer and reasonably acceptable to the Certificate Administrator, the Special Servicer and, for so long as no Control Termination Event has occurred and is continuing, the Controlling Class Representative.
CREFC® Bond Level File The data file in the “CREFC® Bond Level File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Primary Market means on any of (a) the American Stock Exchange, (b) New York Stock Exchange, (c) the Nasdaq Global Select Market, (d) the Nasdaq Global Market, (e) the Nasdaq Capital Market, or (e) the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”)
