Periodic Allowance definition

Periodic Allowance means the data and/or area allowance specified in the “Allowance” section of the Quote unless otherwise agreed in writing between Nearmap and the Licensee.

  • The following conditions apply to the Licensee's Periodic Allowance: the Periodic Allowance used by the Licensee will be calculated at the end of every Period based on the total data and/or area usage of all users who access and use the Licensee's Nearmap account during that Period; if the Licensee elects to download and/or export Products available to the Licensee on the Website, this will be applied to the Periodic Allowance.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.
