Period for Completion definition

Period for Completion means the period for completion of the Works as stated in the Purchase Order Requirements;
Period for Completion means the period for completion, commencing at the date and time, stated on the face of the Purchase Order,
Period for Completion means the period for completion of the Sub-Contract Works identified in the Sub- Contract Particulars as may be extended in accordance with clause 33 (Extensions of Time).

  • The Contractor shall thereafter proceed with the Works regularly and diligently so that the Works are completed on or before the expiry of the Period for Completion stated in the Purchase Order Requirements.

Related to Period for Completion

  • Time for Completion means the time for completing the Works as stated in the Contract Data (or as extended under Sub-Clause 7.3), calculated from the Commencement Date.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Feasibility Study means the evaluation and analysis of the potential of a project, which aims at supporting the process of decision-making by objectively and rationally uncovering its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as identifying the resources required to carry it through and ultimately its prospects for success;

  • Start means the relevant Compounded Index value on the day falling the Relevant Number of Index Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Period.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.
