Perimeter Wall definition

Perimeter Wall means the wall or fence surrounding the Property, which wall or fence is owned by the Association and located within the Wall and Private Drainage Easement shown on the Plat. ��h2:::: l[JKl �j) me�ng� J��Qnlt �applicable, derached against a specific Owner's Lot related solely to any and all costs or expenses incurred by the Association on behalf of such Owner or its Lot and any and all other accrued, liquidated indebtedness of any Owner to the Association arising under any provision of this Declaration or the other Governing Documents and including, without limitation, any indemnity obligations contained herein, any contract obligations (express or implied), and any obligations arising by virtue of any act or omission of such Owner or its family or household members, tenants or invitees.
Perimeter Wall means the wall the perimeter of all of the property which is and which is intended to become part of this Subdivision. The perimeter wall may be constructed to enclose the perimeter of future phases of the Subdivision such as areas which include Tracts A, B and D as shown on the Plat and the area designated as Tract 2 of the Graham Plat before those phases are formally included into the subdivision through a Supplemental Declaration. The Perimeter Wall is a Common Facility.
Perimeter Wall means any wall, door, or window separating one Unit from another or from the Common Elements. A perimeter wall, except for that part thereof included in a Unit, is part of the Common Elements.

More Definitions of Perimeter Wall

Perimeter Wall means the perimeter walls or fences located on the perimeter of the Property and adjacent to public streets and/or open space, except to the extent any such perimeter walls or fences have been conveyed to or otherwise accepted by a special tax assessment district formed for the perfonnance of all or a portion of the maintenance thereof. Section 1.34 "Person" shall mean any individual, trust, estate, partnership, limited liability company, corporation, or any other incorporated or unincorporated organization, as the context permits or requires, regardless of whether such term is capitalized. Section 1.35 "Phase of Development" shall mean (a) the Initial Property and (b) any portion of the Annexable Property subject to a Final Subdivision Public Report issued by CalBRE and annexed to this Declaration. 070802\8587958v5 6 �2 Section 1.36 "Project" shall mean the Initial Property and such other real property annexed pursuant to the provisions of this Declaration, including, without limitation, the Lots, the Common Areas, the Association Maintenance Areas and any and all improvements located thereon. Section 1.37 "Resident Owner" shall mean any Owner of a Lot other than Declarant. Section 1.38 "Rules and Regulations" shall mean the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Association pursuant to ARTICLE VI of this Declaration. ARTICLE 11.
Perimeter Wall means any wall composed of stone, brick, concrete, concrete blocks, masonry, iron or similar building material, together with footings, pilasters, outriggers, grillwork, gates and other appurtenances, constructed around the perimeter of a residential subdivision with respect to which a final map has been recorded.
