Perimeter Wall definition

Perimeter Wall means the wall the perimeter of all of the property which is and which is intended to become part of this Subdivision. Perimeter Wall means the perimeter walls or fences located on the perimeter of the Property and adjacent to public streets and/or open space, except to the extent any such perimeter walls or fences have been conveyed to or otherwise accepted by a special tax assessment district formed for the perfonnance of all or a portion of the maintenance thereof. Section 1.34 "Person" shall mean any individual, trust, estate, partnership, limited liability company, corporation, or any other incorporated or unincorporated organization, as the context permits or requires, regardless of whether such term is capitalized.
