Perimeter Road definition

Perimeter Road means the real estate or interest in real estate that is described and/or depicted on Exhibit J attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Perimeter Road means that road that transits the edge of the airfield starting at Perimeter Gate 1 via the southern boundary and terminates near Stand 80, as illustrated on the plan of the Airside Area in Appendix B to these rules.

  • Where work is to be conducted on the Airfield, then contractors are required to be under escorts or have undergone Radio Licence training and be in the possession of an AVOP 3 permit The speed limit on the Apron Service Roads is 30km/h, 15km/h at the back of stand and 60km/h on the Perimeter Road.

  • The foregoing obligation to indemnity, defend and hold harmless shall survive termination of this Agreement and the Perimeter Road Easement.

  • The Leasehold Property shall be the dominant estate with respect to the Perimeter Road Easement and the Retained Property shall be the servient estate with respect to such easement.

  • Each party shall indemnify, defend and hold the other parties harmless from any and all claims, losses or liabilities for personal injury, death or property damage resulting from the use, occupancy or possession of the Perimeter Road Easement by the indemnifying party, or its officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, licensees and invites or resulting from the indemnifying party’s failure to perform its obligations hereunder.
