Performing Portfolio definition
Performing Portfolio means, at any given date, all Receivables purchased by the Issuer pursuant to the Master Receivables Purchase Agreement which are not Defaulted Receivables as at such date.
Performing Portfolio means, with respect to each Interest Payment Date, the aggregate Outstanding Principal of all Claims then outstanding owned by the Issuer which are not Defaulted Claims as of the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period.
Performing Portfolio means each Eligible Portfolio that has a Progress Ratio of 80% or more; provided that any Eligible Portfolio for which the Borrower has collected less than 4% of its original forecasted projected collections shall be deemed a Performing Portfolio.
